21 Day Brain Detox
begins thursday, march 22
Learn how to think the right way!
Every moment of every day you are changing your brain with your thoughts in a positive or negative direction. Every time you think and choose, you cause structural change in your brain. Your thoughts impact your spirit, soul and body.
Starting March 22 Bonnie Bailey will lead us through the 21 Day Brain Detox. The 21 Day Brain Detox Plan™ is an online daily guide that takes only 7-10 minutes of your time each day. The guide will walk you through each of the 21 days, guiding you and coaching you to a toxic-free mind. We will come together for 4 weeks to discuss our progress and encourage each other along. If you participated in the One Word training this exercise will be a great follow on to that. The cost of the study is $30, which will be paid directly to the 21 Day Brain Detox site and allows you access to the website for a year,
Thursdays March 22 - April 12

Mondays at 9:30am
begins January 22
Kim Southard will lead this twice monthly group through Melissa Spoelstra's study on First Corinthians on the second and fourth Monday of the month at her home.
Relationships are messy. Sometimes we struggle to get along, especially when there is disagreement. Often we find ourselves divided--even as Christians. How can we work out our differences and disagreements with humility and grace, always showing the love of Christ, while still remaining true to what we believe? The Apostle Paul wrote to the Christians living in Corinth about this very thing. The cultural backdrop of Corinth was even more overtly sinful than our culture today, yet Paul boldly encouraged the Corinthian Christians not to ridicule one another or outsiders but to work together to show the love of Christ.
Thursdays at 7:00pm
Begins January 25
Heather Wright will lead the Thursday evening study through Beth Moore's new study The Quest - An Excursion Towards Intimacy with God. In this 6-session Bible study, delve into Scripture to explore how God created us to seek after Him—a God who desires to be found and known. In this lifelong quest of faith, learn to develop your intimacy with Him and embrace the adventure that comes with living a life for God. The group will meet on the following dates January 25, February 8 & 22, March 8 &22, and April 5. Cost is $20.
