our Community Supported Agriculture
in The Gardens at Council Tree
What it is:
Our Community Supported Agriculture is our chance to reach out into the community and beyond the walls of the church. It includes a garden and soon to be orchard where we grow produce to share with those in need in our community.
We work alongside neighbors, partnering organizations, and the families we serve, to share fresh produce and have a common ground to come around together!
- your household needs to qualify financially, and
- you need to work once a month in our gardens during the growing season OR pay for your produce at a reduced rate
Whether you share our same beliefs or not, we want to have you, people from all walks of life, serving, leading, and receiving in our work!
We’re collecting your fall leaves for free up until November 1st - so bring them in while you still can!
We’d prefer chopped leaves if you’re able to do so with your lawn mower
Place your leaf bags between our 2 sheds on the west side of the building
With the money you save on leaf disposal, consider donating some of your money or time to our CSA, like in mixing and laying out those leaves into our new garden beds this November! - Just click on the Get Involved link below!
How to Help:
It takes many moving parts for a project and ministry like this to come together, and we can’t do it without your help. Click the Get Involved link below to see how to connect, donate, work in partnership, or get in the mud with us! – There are more ways to connect than just gardening, and we need a whole community to truly benefit the community!
